What I emphasized to the doctor was a line that gets thicker toward the outer corner of the eye, and an in-out line. Other hospitals just said, you can do this and this~ but I remember deciding there because that doctor seemed to really empathize with and understand the needs I wanted. I don’t remember the name, but the incision surgery came undone after 1 year, so I went back for revision surgery, and that doctor was no longer there ㅠ.. So I had it redone with the non-incisional method by the chief director. . .
When I first had the incisional method in 2018, the line above my eyes stayed red and prominent for about a year, and that stressed me out a lot. But there was also no swelling, which was good. hehe I think whenever I told the hospital I wanted swelling care, they kept doing it for me. . And in 2019, I had revision surgery with the non-incisional method by the chief director. Since it was a revision surgery, I thought the swelling would last a long time, but more quickly than expected, after about 1 year it completely settled down hehe And if I close my eyes and look closely, even now I can feel little stitch marks? (surgical scars), but they’re almost invisible hehe . Honestly, I think double eyelid surgery doesn’t really have many side effects as long as you find a good hospital. I knew my eyes wouldn’t change dramatically from surgery, so I’m very satisfied now hehe .
