I went for a consultation and not long after sitting down, without any detailed explanation, they said, “Are you going to do it or not?” I was caught off guard. They didn’t explain side effects, but after the laser procedure I got pigmentation around my eyes. I usually don’t have many blemishes, so the area around my eyes, which I normally didn’t pay attention to, became blotchy like Ota nevus. When I asked the clinic, they said pigmentation after laser usually fades, so I felt relieved and even went in for a second treatment, but the same area developed a wider laser mark. The director said confidently that it would go away, so I’m planning to keep going, but this is pigmentation caused by laser staining. Even if I can’t get a refund, shouldn’t they at least do it free as a form of aftercare? I left a message on the website, but they still haven’t answered about that part. For now, I’m planning to go once more at the end of this month
