When I went in for a consultation and sat down, not long after they said, without any detailed explanation, "Are you going to do it or not?" I was taken aback. They did not explain the side effects, but after the laser treatment I got pigmentation around the eyes as a side effect. I usually do not have many blemishes, so the skin around my eyes, which I had not been worrying about, became mottled like an Ota nevus. When I asked the clinic, they said pigmentation after laser usually fades well, so I was relieved and even went ahead with a second treatment, but the laser spots appeared more widely in the same area. Since the doctor confidently said it would disappear, I am thinking of going a few more times, but since this is pigmentation caused by laser-induced staining, even if I cannot get a refund, should they not at least provide it free of charge as aftercare? I left a question on the website, but they do not answer about that part. For now, I am planning to go again at the end of this month.
