7-Month Review of Revision Surgery With Autologous Dermis

<90-degree side view><45-degree view>I had my silicone and ear cartilage removed at the end of June and had surgery with autologous dermis, and already 7 months have passed. I have no nasal bridge at all and only a little nasal tip, with a short nose, so as a step-like indentation gradually formed between them, it started looking lower. So at the end of December, I got a dermis supplementation injection in the indentation area. When I frown or smile, the area that was injected is slightly noticeable, but since the indentation area was improved, my satisfaction is much higher. Because my skin does not have much laxity and is on the thin side, the absorption is very fast, so I’m a little worried, but now it also seems to have slowed down a bit... But other people don’t seem to notice it as much as I do. To me, the difference from a few months ago is obvious, but other people don’t know at allㅋㅋ Even in photos, there are limits because of the angle, so sometimes it looks defined and sometimes the nose looks low again. I think it’s also more like that because silicone and dermis feel different.. If you assume the same height as silicone, the side view doesn’t look very different, but from the front, compared with silicone, it’s a little more blunt, so it looks about halfway between my pre-surgery nose and my silicone nose heightㅎㅎ If you can leave the height to luck to some extent, compared with silicone, it really puts my mind much more at ease. Now I just hope it doesn’t absorb any more^^
