I had a nasal bridge, but my nasal tip was a bit lacking, so I had silicone placed in the bridge and septal cartilage used for the nasal tip. It's been about 6 months, and maybe because it wasn't a dramatic transformation, I seem to be doing well naturally without any major side effects.. thankfully.. I was especially worried a lot about silicone side effects, that it might cause problems or break through, etc., but maybe because it hasn't been that long since the surgery, so far I have been satisfied without any particular problems. Oh, as a tip, if you don't raise the nasal silicone too excessively, I don't think it will look too obvious..
