The director spoke too hurriedly and seemed like they were trying to finish quickly, so I didn’t like it. It didn’t feel like they looked at the patient’s face and found points to improve; if the patient didn’t ask questions, the consultation itself didn’t really proceed. They said posterior-lower canthoplasty is only done by incision, but I didn’t like the line they showed me. And I also didn’t like how the consultant kept putting down other clinics while promoting how good their own clinic was. On top of that, it was extremely expensive.
