I got the cheapest one through a chin Botox one-plus-one event, but there was no effect. The lack of effect made my worries about side effects pointless. The habit of clenching my teeth did not go away either. I guess they used too little Botox. I liked that they did not recommend unnecessary things during the consultation, but even though I went on a weekday, I had to wait over an hour.
