Even when I dieted, my upper arms were always a concern, and I had already tried exercise and diet, so I decided it was time to deal with my upper arms before it got any later.
I heard the upper arms hurt the least, and honestly, I really didn’t find it that painful. The next day did hurt a bit, but not to the point where I couldn’t go about daily life!
Until the 1-week mark, the bruising and swelling were bad, so I wondered, “Did it actually shrink?” But on the day it had been one week, I went in for aftercare and had the size measured, and it had gone down by 1 cm.
Even with swelling, it went down 1 cm, so I’m hoping it’ll look even better once the swelling goes down.
