They explained implants as absolutely necessary, as if they were pursuing a dramatic nose, so I gave up because I felt it wouldn’t come out as the nose line I wanted. But people who want a dramatic look and already have dramatic facial features might be told they look gorgeous if they get it done here... The consultant suggested a deposit, and I think a little negotiation may be possible. They recommended donated costal cartilage a lot.
