They seemed to assume that an extravagant nose requires an implant as a must, so I gave up because it felt like I would not get the nose line I wanted. But for people with very striking features and a striking look, if they get it done here, they might even be called gorgeous... The consultation manager suggested a deposit, and I think there may be a little room for negotiation. They strongly recommended donated rib cartilage.
