It was 4 years ago, but for my first surgery I got a full-package eye surgery, and I suffered for nearly 2 years because I had severe scarring and uneven eyelids. The cost of scar treatment alone was more than three times the surgery fee (the scar treatment provided here had no effect, so I did scar treatment elsewhere as well) Still, they did keep redoing the revision surgery for nearly 2 years at no charge, every quarter, and did show a responsible attitude. The director has a lot of pride in revision surgery and may come across as a bit blunt? but not in a fake way...
