I got a CT scan and then met with the director right away. It felt less like I was at a plastic surgery clinic and more like I was at an ENT clinic. They explained the problems with my nose while looking at the CT and visually examining it, and they recommended raising the nose about 4 mm with silicone and costal cartilage. It was my first surgery, so costal cartilage scared me, but they said my ear was small and that I didn’t have much septal cartilage either. The price was more expensive than I expected. I’m worried it might be overtreatment.
