Originally, I went in for a consultation thinking about nasal tip cartilage suturing and, if possible, alar reduction using an internal approach. I had the consultation with Director Baek? and they said my nasal cartilage is widely spread out, so cartilage suturing would be effective. When they touched the nasal ala, it felt hard rather than fleshy? so they said it wasn’t tissue or fat, but cartilage. When pressed, it didn’t feel soft and had resistance, so I guess that’s cartilage. For alar reduction, they said both internal and external approaches would be effective, but after I showed my desired look, they recommended the external approach.
