I’m going around to one clinic at a time on my days off. In the past, I had non-implant septal extension, cartilage binding, and alar reduction, but as time passed, a step-off appeared in my side profile and I feel like my bulbous nose wasn’t improved, so I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty.
1. ㅁㅋ ㅇㅈㅈ Consultation fee 30,000 won I went because someone recommended it, saying they had it done there and it turned out well. They said it is a difficult nose, but if I want a natural line, it would be possible even without an implant. The consultation time with the doctor was short, about 5 minutes? 8 minutes? but he seemed very confident about the surgery. I had originally gone in thinking about autologous rib cartilage, and he only mentioned autologous rib cartilage without any other materials. The virtual simulation was super fascinating.
2. ㅂㅌㅇ ㅇㅈㅎ Consultation fee 20,000 won I got a consultation because I heard a YouTuber had it done there. The doctor explained things in a lot of detail. I did want a natural result too, but it felt like he really pursues an extremely, extremely natural look. Safety-focused? Conservative feeling. He said non-implant surgery would be possible using my existing septal cartilage reused + ear cartilage, but the line he showed me was too natural, so I passed because I thought I’d be sad if I paid as much as 5 million won, went through all that trouble, and then had no change after surgery.
3. ㅇㅇ ㄱㅎㅈ No consultation fee Maybe because it newly opened, but I liked everything: the hospital interior, how kind the staff were, the consultation with the consultant, and the consultation with the doctor. They answered everything I asked, showed me all the before-and-after photos, and the consultation seemed the longest and most detailed. But when I said I wanted no implant, they suggested autologous rib cartilage for the nasal bridge + autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip. People say if the interior is pretty, it’s expensive, and sure enough, it was seriously super expensive. Really super expensive. Everything else was good, but because of the cost, and because if I use autologous rib cartilage all the way up to the bridge I’ll keep worrying about warping or a foreign-body sensation, I put it on hold.
If there are any users who had full autologous rib rhinoplasty with solid rib cartilage for the nasal bridge + autologous rib cartilage for the tip, please share your reviews...
