I had revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage. Because my skin is on the thin side, they said the nasal tip cartilage could show through slightly, so I had surgery with dermis added on top.

It's been about 3 months, and as the director said, I think it was a good decision to lower the nasal bridge. My nose had no curved flow at all from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip, but after lowering the silicone height of the nasal bridge a bit and improving it, it looks much better.
