Male implant-free surgery; the hump and nasal tip are bothering me after surgery,…

Before <before surgery> After <1 week after surgery, splint removal day> After <after surgery ~ within 3 weeks> I’m male and had surgery without an implant. I originally had a nasal bridge, but I had a dorsal hump and my nasal tip felt slightly droopy.

While doing functional rhinoplasty, I had dorsal hump osteotomy and surgery to raise the nasal tip. The materials used were ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and septal cartilage.

It’s been 22 days since surgery, and on the 1-week splint removal day, there wasn’t a step-off at the nasal tip, but there was a hump, so the doctor told me to compress it with taping.

At the 2-week checkup, they said the hump had come up and told me to press it physically.. I wanted a straight line and had surgery because the hump bothered me, but is this right..? Please think through it with me. In real life, it looks more uneven than in the photos,,

When I go for the 3-week checkup, how should I talk about this? Honestly, I feel like I want revision surgery... Of course there may still be swelling, but the swelling on the nasal dorsum seems almost gone... What would be a good way to resolve this?
