Eyes that pop! Face shape that stands out! Nose that stands out! I wanted a nose that was glamorous, high, and pretty in every way, and I wanted everything from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip to look slim ㅜㅜ
So I visited 5 clinics known for doing glamorous noses well and had consultations. After that, ㅅㄱ(ㅐㅣㅁ) seemed the best because they said they would accommodate my opinions without over-treating, so I got surgery there.
The director was not exactly super friendly lol, but he had a conservative side, so he wanted to operate safely no matter what. He strongly emphasized what could be done, but for things that could not be done, he was like, “don’t expect that” lololol, helping me not torture myself with false hope lololol. For the material, donated dermis was used, and the surgery was done with a closed approach..
I didn’t know that simply lifting it could make a slim nose, and I’m thinking it was fortunate a hundred, a thousand times over that I listened to the director when he told me not to get nostril-base reduction.. lolol If I had done it, it really would have become such a chalk-like nose.. a pinched-looking nose. I would have been the so-called 11-shaped nostrils..
The reason I chose this clinic.... I found out about it while researching online, and looking at the reviews, it seemed like they were good at bringing out straight-with-a-slight-curve lines, natural-but-glamorous looks, and that kind of style.. Reading posts from people who had been there, what I was most curious about was that they only recommended what was necessary~~! Since I’m someone who hates confusion the most, I wanted a director who would strongly say, “Do this, this, and this!” And because it was a director with pride and a long career telling me, I think I was able to listen well without feeling resistantㅇㅇ
There was no consultation fee, and the AS and aftercare were meticulous and systematic, so it felt like they managed patients on a schedule like a fairly mid-to-large-sized clinic, which was nice. The director may feel slightly blunt, but rather, his charismatic manner made me feel certain.. really lololol I guess there is a clinic that fits each person.
The cotton packing was removed the day after surgery, and the person doing the treatment dressed it for me. One week later, the stitches and splint were removed. For aftercare, in week 2 I received healing laser and sebum care, and in week 4 they did the same care once more.. The sebum care was seriously so hard, but since the clinic did it carefully and gently, it honestly felt refreshing... At first, even doing a nose pack felt too burdensome because I was scared to touch it ㅠlololol
Anyway, now I’m just living comfortably. I can blow my nose refreshingly too lol. If the surgery goes well, there isn’t really much to worry about.. I think it’s nice that you can return to everyday life right away? Maybe this is why people seek out directors with long careers.
