I finally finished all my revision rhinoplasty consultations, and since this was one of the places I visited last, I think I remember it better, so I’m leaving this before I forget. First, I had been considering revision rhinoplasty because of nasal tip drooping, and while taking the CT scan, they checked everything carefully and said the nasal tip drooping happened because the support was too weak. They also drew my nose line with virtual cosmetic surgery. And they said that to revise it into the line I want, autologous costal cartilage would be the suitable material, but they did not force it by saying I absolutely had to use autologous costal cartilage. It seems like they make the autologous costal cartilage harvest small too, which is good, but autologous costal cartilage itself feels burdensome, so I’m still debating revision rhinoplasty itself.
