I don’t have a huge amount of under-eye fat, so instead of removal, I want to try under-eye fat repositioning. Is there a big difference between places that are good at it and places that aren’t? Since it’s just repositioning, I’m debating whether to get it done at a local clinic.. When I got facial liposuction, I was obsessed with looking for clinics, but I’m wondering if this is at least a somewhat simpler surgery..
