For eyes like this, is incision the only answer for revision surgery? I want them to look bigger.. I took the photo while looking downward, but when I look upward, it looks like I have sanpaku eyesㅜㅜㅜ A third of my iris is covered.. I probably don’t need epicanthoplasty, right? I feel like the current outline crease doesn’t suit meㅜ It just feels like there’s only a line there Would an inline crease suit my eyes, or would an in-out line suit me?
메종유산균 I don’t think you need epicanthoplasty I think the reason you feel the outline doesn’t suit you is probably because the line is a bit high, so it doesn’t look defined! My eyes were like this with an inline! When I was tired, multiple double-eyelid folds would appear! I had revision surgery, and when I went for a consultation and said I didn’t like getting multiple double-eyelid folds and looking sleepy, the director said I could do incision and ptosis correction, so I was like, okay, and did it (thinking about it now, I really had surgery without thinking enough. I’m just glad it turned out well..) In conclusion, I have an outline now, and except for the line being a bit high, I’m living satisfied with it. I do think about revising it to an inline, but I also don’t have much fat around my eyes, and the whole process up until lying on the operating table is annoying, so I’m just living with it..
joostar But the skin does look extremely thin? It doesn’t look like there’s anywhere left to open more with epicanthoplasty..... I think it would be okay to make the line a little higher

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 2 It's a revision surgery, but would they know if I lied and said it was my first? My non-incisional lateral/lower canthoplasty all closed back up
I had lower canthoplasty 5 years ago with a non-incisional method (periosteal fixation). Now mine has closed back up. This time I'm planning to do lateral/lower canthoplasty with an incisional method, but the price goes way up for revision

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
