Compared to before surgery, my forehead-nose line has become much more natural, and it’s fascinating that the line came out pretty without using an implant. They said they reused septal cartilage for the nasal tip and the nasal dorsum step-off. I also really liked that they didn’t harvest ear cartilage! The autologous costal cartilage pain did hurt a little, but it was much better than I expected. The nasal packing and splint were removed quickly too, so I think I recovered fast without feeling stuffy!
