I didn't want silicone inserted into my nose, so I had surgery with chest cartilage for the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. My nose before was so unattractive that I'm very satisfied with my current nose. I didn't like large hospitals, so I went to a place where one director performs the surgery, and I liked that they were very thorough with aftercare too. When the splint was first removed, the shape was exactly the same as it is now, and I think the height was about 1-2 mm higher, but maybe because the swelling went down, it's being maintained at the current height, which is slightly lower haha. It looks more natural now and I like it better.
