While having functional rhinoplasty, I also had surgery for my bulbous nose, nasal tip, alar reduction, nostril reduction, and columellar angle. At first after surgery, I was stressed because the upturned nose was severe, but as time passed, the nasal tip naturally came down, and now I’m very satisfied. My blunt-looking nose became sharper, giving me a more refined impression, so I think I’m glad I did it.
