Beforebeforebeforeafterafterafter I had cheekbone, square jaw, chin, and implant-free nose surgery (+ autologous costal cartilage) on September 23 last year, and already 3 months have passed! From the 2-month mark, there was no discomfort at all with pain when opening my mouth, just a little annoyance from intraoral scar tissue, and now at 3 months, I can open my mouth fully like before and chewing is the same as before! The intraoral scar tissue has also softened a lot, so I’m doing well without it bothering me at all. My nose also feels less foreign and I’ve gotten used to it more and more! Up to the 1-month mark was really hard, and thankfully I’m living with a face shape I really like, with absolutely no side effects or facial sagging.. When my side profile is visible, my friends and family also praise my nose and say it turned out so well haha Because my nose surgery was done without an implant, I didn’t have to worry about inflammation or side effects, and the swelling also went down really well! Most of all, I was really surprised by how kind the staff at 345 were. I’ve had plastic surgery at several places, but I think places with aftercare this meticulous and systematic are really rare. As for scars, the incision areas near the lateral cheekbones have almost disappeared, and I’m managing the roughly 2 cm area near the rib where costal cartilage was harvested! Starting next month, I’m planning to get lifting laser little by little for maintenance haha I’m very satisfied!!
