I gave it 1 star because I couldn’t meet the doctor on the day of the consultation. The manager was very persuasive. There was also a certain human touch, so I got swept up in it. They guided me toward same-day registration. The staff I spoke with over the phone for consultation and the staff at the clinic station were all kind. After the consultation, my expectations for surgery were raised a lot, but after seeing reviews years later saying all the fat had disappeared, I’m reconsidering.
