I'll leave a review of my revision rhinoplasty. For my first nose surgery, I had surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but as time passed, the nasal tip drooped and the overall shape seemed to have become natural, so this time I had revision surgery at Premier using autologous costal cartilage, and about 2 months have passed. So far, I'm very satisfied with the line and height. I heard that if you use autologous costal cartilage, a scar remains to some extent around the rib area, but it's barely visible compared to what I expected, and if it stays well like this, I feel like I won't need another revision surgery again, so that gives me the most peace of mind!
However, you do have to accept a certain amount of waiting time.. There are so many people... I was standing there awkwardly, but the staff member guiding people at the front made a seat for me. Other than that, I'm mostly satisfied with the consultation, surgical results, and treatment!
