Before Before After <1 week> After <1 week> After <one month> After After ✔️ Why I chose that clinic that day
- My acquaintances had rhinoplasty at that clinic, and when I saw their finished noses, I thought they were very pretty. I had only been envious, but then decided that instead of worrying, I should just do it!!
✔️ Areas I wanted improved
- I was very bothered by my upturned nose, and it was such a complex that I couldn't talk while making eye contact with people. Also, because my nose was short, when my side profile was photographed, my face looked less dimensional compared with the atmosphere from the front. I emphasized these points to the director. It's still only week 1, but I already feel like my nose is slightly longer and my nostrils show less, and the line looks refined, so I'm very satisfied.
✔️ Surgical materials
- Septal cartilage & autologous costal cartilage used
Everyone said that for a first surgery, I didn't need autologous costal cartilage, but my nose was very short and small, so they said that unless I used autologous costal cartilage, it would quickly return, so I chose autologous costal cartilage.
✔️ How I felt after surgery
- The director helped me relax so I wouldn't be nervous up until the consultation before surgery, and the consultant and staff were all so kind and took such good care of me that I was less nervous. Even after entering the operating room, they explained each step, saying when the IV was going in and that I would now fall asleep, so I was less scared.
And after the surgery ended, they woke me up, and before waking up I must have been having a sad dream because I cried, but they comforted me so I was able to stop quickly Thank you, staff❤️
Also, everyone told me autologous costal cartilage would hurt a lot, but for me it hurt less than I expected, and honestly as long as I didn't cough, sneeze, or hiccup, nothing hurt.
I want to let you know that just because it's autologous costal cartilage, it doesn't automatically hurt terribly. Ah! And I had to wear an abdominal binder for two weeks, and when I first came out after surgery, I had bandages and the binder on, so it was hard to swallow food Other than that, there really wasn't any pain Don't worry just because it's autologous costal cartilage!! I think it's okay to do it!!
When I went to have the splint removed, they examined my nose carefully, removed it gently so it wouldn't hurt, and removed the stitches without any pain, so that was nice
Now that a month has passed, I'm living very, very satisfied, and I no longer worry about my side profile
A few days ago I bumped it slightly, but it seems like nothing is wrong, so I'm living carefully I hope this is the point where all the swelling has gone down
Right now it looks the prettiest and I like it the most, and people around me say my nose turned out so well and that I look like some celebrity, so I feel really good When I was going back and forth between Busan and Seoul, it was so bothersome that I even wondered if I had made a mistake doing it in Seoul, but as time passed, I thought, this is why people go to Gangnam to get it done
Now I don't have to be extremely gentle when washing my face, and my face-washing time has gotten a little shorter than before
Oh, and I think it might just be my imagination, but after nose surgery, my skin seems to have gotten a bit better If I could, I'd want to get another antibiotic prescription
Oh, and the cleaning lady took such good care of me She brought me cold packs, opened the bathroom door for me, and when I was discharged, she encouraged me by saying it seemed to have turned out prettily, so don't worry The staff here are all kind, so I'm leaving after receiving treatment in a really good mood
That plastic surgery clinic is the best❤️
