Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Two-month review of nasal bridge, nasal tip, and full-face fat grafting!

Before-before <before surgery> after-after-after-after-after <2 months after surgery> My nasal tip looked like a blunt, bulbous nose, so I decided to have surgery. My nose overall wasn’t extremely low or anything, but the shape wasn’t pretty, and as I said, I didn’t like that the nasal tip was blunt, so I wanted improvement. Especially when taking photos, I hated how my nose came out looking wide, and I wanted a slimmer nose shape. The director said that rather than hump osteotomy, it would be better to give the nasal bridge a bit more height with silicone, and for the nasal tip, using septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage would be good. The way he explained each detail specifically definitely felt professional, and I trusted him. In addition, he recommended fat grafting to the hollow areas of my face, saying it would make my image much more glamorous and dimensional, so I decided to trust him and proceed with the surgery. Since I did the fat grafting too, just as the director said, my face definitely looks better, and the nasal tip also came out well in exactly the design I wanted. I think there is still a little swelling, but I’m already satisfied enough now, so I feel like it would be fine even if the swelling doesn’t go down any more haha
