Before <before surgery> Before <after surgery> Before <before surgery> Before <after surgery> Hello~ It has been 4 months since I had 3 types of facial contouring surgery and deep cheek fat removal! I definitely feel like my facial contour line is more visible than last month. I think the residual swelling still needs to settle more haha They say residual swelling can take up to 1 year to fully go down, so I’m waiting comfortably! My sensation hasn’t fully come back yet, but they say time is the cure for this too, so I’m trying to think of it calmly and just waiting for time to pass. People around me have been saying a lot that my face got smaller and that my overall vibe looks more refined. I also feel good every time I look in the mirror.. I think I look even slimmer because I had the deep cheek fat removed too! I think this is exactly when people say the money was worth it haha At 4 months, there isn’t much major discomfort in daily life, but I’m still being careful with exercise and eating. It hasn’t been that long since the surgery, so I’m continuing to be mindful in my daily life haha Sometimes I really crave tough dried squid, but that’s still.. hahaha I’m planning to eat tough or hard foods as late as possible. I just feel unnecessarily anxious haha It’s still a time when care is needed, so I plan to keep focusing on recovery. I want next month to come quickly so I can see how my face settles at the 5-month mark!! At this rate, I feel like the day when the residual swelling goes down will come quickly. Since there’s definitely a difference compared with before surgery, I have absolutely no regrets about having the surgery. If you’re stressed because of your face shape, I recommend trying surgery like I did!
