They seem to like a natural look and speak realistically. I waited 1 hour for the consultation. I think the consultation itself was about 10-15 minutes. It felt like they were suggesting inserting the silicone somewhat longer than other places. They seem to do osteotomy a lot, but they didn’t recommend it to me.
