Nose Surgery Reviews

Review of my nasal tip surgery (closed approach)

Before before after after Hello I’m one of those people who worry about whether rhinoplasty might have side effects,, So I had been interested in nose surgery since I was 20, but I couldn’t go through with it,,,

Then I found out that only the nasal tip can be operated on through a closed approach, and I ended up having surgery with cartilage suturing and a 5 mm dermal graft!!

Since I’m an office worker, I liked that closed surgery has a faster recovery period.

And if you want a dramatic effect, you need to have an open approach with silicone or cartilage inserted..!!!!

Honestly, this surgery is really natural-looking,,, so I think people who want a dramatic effect should get open surgery,,

I only wanted to change my nasal tip slightly, and because I was worried about side effects from foreign materials, it was perfect for me since I’m satisfied even with a small change..!!

Dermis varies from person to person, but they say it gets absorbed,,, about 30-50%

I’m absolutely not going to have revision surgery, so even if it gets lower than it is now, I’m just planning to accept it and live with it haha,,,( I did hear that some people come back to get dermal grafting again if it gets lower..!!))

This is a surgical review pursuing a natural look.
