Liposuction Reviews

Cheekbone + square jaw + liposuction = the best

Before-before after-after Hello While I was considering facial contouring surgery, I had cheekbone reduction, square jaw surgery, and jawline liposuction at The Standard of Contouring. It has already been over a month.

I was looking through cosmetic surgery apps, and the price was decent and the reviews were good, so I applied for a consultation, visited the clinic, and had a consultation. I told the director the face shape I wanted, and because my nerve line is low, they honestly explained what range was possible and how much effect I could expect, which actually made me trust them more.

On the day of surgery I debated and added liposuction too, and I think that was a really good choice. I wasn’t nervous about the surgery. I went into the operating room, lay down, and just fell asleep. When I opened my eyes, the surgery was over. I had a drain in, and the director came by about two or three times? to check on me, and the nurses kept checking on me too. Because the anesthesia hadn’t worn off, my memory is a bit hazy, but since I kept feeling cold, they raised the temperature of the heating mat, which was nice. After surgery I had the drain in. Other people said it felt refreshing when the drain was removed, but for me it hurt so much I cried Still, the nurse slowly waited until I calmed down and comforted me, so I was able to endure it and have it removed. If anything, after anesthesia I didn’t have a scratchy throat or phlegm. I think my throat was just extremely dry. I stayed in the recovery room for around three to four hours? then my husband came to pick me up and I was discharged right away.

After arriving home, maybe because I was in pain, I wasn’t hungry either. So I ordered water and something like a banana-avocado smoothie, ate that, and slept. Since I had to sleep with my head somewhat elevated, I tried a cosmetic surgery pillow too, but rather than that, sleeping with two very mochi-like soft?? pillows stacked high was better for me. I used them really usefully.

From day 2, my face swelled a lot.. Maybe it swelled more because I had liposuction too. It peaked during the first week after surgery... Because of the swelling, if I didn’t wear the compression band, it actually hurt more. That feeling of the swelling sloshing around? was more uncomfortable, so I wore the compression band diligently, but maybe because my skin is very sensitive, it stung and got red, so until week 2 I think I kept putting it on and taking it off. At week 1 I had the sideburn stitches removed, and at week 2 I had the intraoral stitches removed, and from then the swelling seemed to go down quickly.

As for eating, from around day 3 I was able to eat rice mixed into clear soup.. Maybe because the director did a good job, I think my recovery was on the faster side. As long as it wasn’t tough, I ate pretty well. Other people say that after facial contouring they lose weight because they can’t eat, but I ate so well that I actually gained weight.... If I could cut it small, I think I ate most things after a week.

Now it has been one month, and first of all, I can eat all kinds of meat with no problem. Sleeping on my side is possible too as long as the pillow isn’t hard. A lot of the swelling has really gone down, and I think there’s only some swelling around the anterior cheek?? area. The liposuctioned jawline area has developed some firm scar tissue, so that’s a bit uncomfortable, and there’s no uncomfortable feeling at all on the bone side. Because it was year-end and New Year’s, I had many occasions to meet people. Even though it has only been one month and I still have some swelling, people around me who don’t know I had surgery say my face has gotten smaller and slimmer, so I’m satisfied. I like the line when I look at it too. I still have some swelling now, and they say it can continue to go down until 3 to 6 months, so I’m looking forward to it. I can feel the swelling improving day by day. Now at one month, swimming and golf are possible too, and I’m living just like usual. But hamburgers still seem too much

After the surgery I cut my hair into a bob, and bobs didn’t used to suit me, but everyone around me says the bob suits me, so I’m really satisfied. I regret not having the surgery even one day sooner I don’t feel any sagging yet, but I’m going to try to manage it consistently from now on. I guess with cosmetic surgery, doing it even one day earlier is the answer. I’ll try posting a 3-month review next time.
