It’s already been 7 months since I had 3-part facial contouring~ In the beginning, I really regretted having surgery because of the swelling. From the blood drainage filling up, to removing the drainage tube. Not being able to eat, not being able to drink water properly.. Decreased sensation ㅠㅠ It’s natural in the early stage after facial contouring surgery, but it was my first time, so it felt so unfamiliar and scary. Ah.. why did I do this, I must have been crazy.. that’s what I thought. But it didn’t hurt as much as I expected;; Still... for about 2 weeks, I gradually increased what I ate with thin rice gruel, beef bone soup, different types of porridge, castella, and so on, but since I originally had a good appetite, dealing with hunger was really so hard. To reduce swelling quickly, I walked around the park for 3 hours at a time. At first I walked thinking, I need to reduce the swelling ㅠㅠ, but later I found myself walking around the park like it was a habit. Thanks to that, I lost about 5 kg. It killed two birds with one stone haha. Going in for treatment was hard too. It was scary as well. When I went for the 1-month follow-up, the swelling had gone down a lot, and the director pressed firmly here and there and said everything had attached well, then told me to come back at the 3-month mark. From the time I had surgery until now, I’ve kept walking steadily, and of course the swelling went down, but I also lost 10 kg. I lost so much compared with the beginning that I bought new clothes and wear headbands often haha. My facial line shows much better too, so I’ve seen a lot of surgical effect~ For those doing facial contouring, I don’t think everyone’s swelling goes down well or everyone gets good results. The surgery itself has to go well, and you also have to work hard on reducing swelling and manage it well for a pretty result to appear. Everyone who is really, really having surgery, please take good care of yourselves and all become prettier. I think it’s a beauty reward given to those who make the effort^^
