I had a nose revision surgery around last winter, and before the surgery, even on the day itself I kept saying many times that the line of my face was a little crooked, so instead of matching the nose to my face line I told them to match it between my eyes, but in the end they made it crooked, so as soon as the splint came off I reopened it the very next day and made it straight. Then about 4 months later I got an infection, went to the clinic for disinfection and such, and eventually had revision surgery elsewhere, and the total surgery cost was under five million won. It was such a waste of money, and the nose came out too thick, so it really was not a pretty nose, and people around me criticized it a lot. The one I have now is truly satisfying, but here the surgery cost was really a waste, and dealing with the infection was hard too. There are also posts saying it went well, so it seems opinions are split..
