Clinic where I had my 3rd and 4th nose surgeries (2016, 2017)
First, the clinic where I had the 1st and 2nd surgeries had wrecked my nose completely (it was full of internal scar tissue, and the tip had become extremely bulky), so here they removed the scar tissue, lowered the silicone implant, and did a surgery to replace the ear cartilage with septal cartilage
But in the end, I had surgery here twice as well
Because a step formed where the silicone and septal cartilage meet, and I had a revision surgery after one year (free of charge)
The thick nose improved a little, but now, 5 years later, a step has formed again, and whenever I get tired the tip swells up, so I’m looking into having it removed
It’s not terrible, but it’s not great either
And the surgeon is extremely firm and has strong opinions during consultations too I sometimes think I should have listened to the doctor who said to remove the silicone during the 4th surgery
