I was stressed about my chubby nostrils, so I reduced them by 3 mm on each side through external incisions. It is not very noticeable when my face is expressionless, but when I smile, my nose does spread less than before! It has been about 3 years now, and there are no scars at all, so I think it is good for a natural correction~
