Before-before hello! I came to leave an abdominal liposuction review after a while haha
Maybe because it’s winter, it’s even colder and not easy to move around ㅠㅠ But I have a friend called aftercare, so it helped me a lot with reducing swelling haha For winter abdominal care, aftercare... among those, I think receiving carboxytherapy is the best!!
Honestly, I didn’t feel much difference when wearing clothes, but as the swelling in my lower abdomen went down, my waist is getting bigger!
Now my wedding ceremony is coming up soon, so I’m mainly eating chicken breast, and I’m trying to ride the cycle more for cardio ㅎㅅㅎ
The advantages I felt from abdominal liposuction are... really many lolol First, my overall build got smaller, and if you gain weight after abdominal liposuction, the money feels wasted...
