My nose isn’t extremely sunken or collapsed, so I thought that even just adding volume to my flattened forehead could make my face look more three-dimensional, so I ended up getting fat grafting. When I was young, I don’t think my forehead was this flat, but maybe because I kept sleeping face-down with my forehead on the desk at school haha..;; my forehead became deeply indented lol It may not show well in photos, but the bone above my eyebrows is sunken, so my forehead looks very uneven too. Like some cartoon character who’s frowning.. But I didn’t want my forehead to protrude too much either, so during consultation I asked them to add fat only enough to look moderately natural and suit my face. Honestly, I don’t know how much “moderate” is either, but I trusted the director and just had the surgery lol Seriously, as soon as the surgery ended, I staggered over wanting to see the mirror and checked the mirror first, and it turned out so well that I think I laughed foolishly even before the anesthesia had fully worn off hahahaha For 3-4 days there was swelling, so it looked a bit plumper, but after the swelling went down, it became natural. My face also looks more three-dimensional, so I’m glad I did the fat grafting~ haha
