I went to have accessory breasts removed, and based on what was checked by ultrasound, they said it was fatty tissue rather than breast tissue, so I only had liposuction surgery. They made tiny incisions in both armpits, and externally the armpit “accessory breasts” themselves disappeared, but as a side effect, the area presumed to be the armpit lymphatic region became hard and swollen, so when I raise my arms, the armpit doesn’t dip inward but protrudes. At a secondary general hospital, they thought it might be cancer, so I even had a CT scan, and I plan to keep monitoring it at a tertiary hospital.
