I booked this place because I was drawn to the director’s experience, and unlike other places, he said the nasal bridge could be raised without an implant. They do take a CT and consult afterward, but he didn’t actively use the CT. I was recommended alar reduction, bulbous nose correction, and nasal tip surgery. He did say costal cartilage doesn’t have to be used for a first surgery, but since my nasal skin is on the thicker side, I’m worried about improvement from the front. He does answer when asked, but he had a strong vibe of, “You’re asking something kind of obvious?” so the consultation ended quickly. If done without an implant, it is 1 million KRW more expensive than silicone.
