I booked here because I was drawn to the director's experience, but unlike other places, they said the bridge of the nose could be raised without an implant. They do a CT scan and consult, but they do not actively use the CT, and I was recommended alar reduction, bulbous nose correction, and tip surgery. They said costal cartilage is not necessary for the first surgery, but because the nose skin is thick, I am worried about improvement from the front. They do answer if you ask, but there is a strong feeling of, isn't that an obvious thing to ask? so the consultation ended quickly. Doing it without an implant is 100 more expensive than silicone.
