I was concerned about my long philtrum, so I had a consultation for philtrum reduction and nose surgery. They say an incisional philtrum reduction is the most definitive method, but I was worried I’d be too bothered by a scar that looked like it had been cut with a knife, so while looking into scarless clinics, I found this place. The hospital’s interior facilities were clean, and maybe because I went in the evening, there was a wait beyond my appointment time. The consultant and director were kind.. but it didn’t feel like they gave a very detailed consultation. Since it is not an incision, the philtrum may come down a little again. It will not come all the way back down. Revision surgery is possible. I liked that they spoke honestly. But I did not book surgery because the estimate was expensive. The CT also cost 30,000 won, so compared with the consultation content, I felt it was a bit of a waste.
