I went at my reserved time, but there was a 20-minute wait without any notice that there would be a delay. I could only meet the director after one hour. I do not know if it is always like this, but everyone except me was a foreign customer (I tend to avoid places like that). Anyway, you absolutely have to expect a wait here. My consultation with the director ended in exactly 15 minutes. It is not that the expertise was lacking, but instead of talking based on the CT results from after surgery, they mostly showed CTs from before surgery. The director did not seem to want to talk at length and was rather cool. Ironically, I had more points of empathy and felt more trust when talking with the consultation manager? Though the surgery is done by the doctor Anyway, the consultation ended quickly, but they accurately understood my condition and explained how to perform the surgery effectively since it was a revision case. I would not get surgery here, but I would not necessarily tell my acquaintances to go here for a consultation either?
