I don’t know about inframammary incisions, but with axillary incisions, I expected that raising my arms would be harder, so I prepared a bit before surgery in my own way.. I put things down where my hands could reach them (at least chest height), bought two Stanley tumblers and used them with straws. (If you don’t have a water purifier, it’s good to leave the caps on bottled water or drinks loosely closed, because after axillary-incision surgery it can hurt when you try to open them later!)
I mostly wore button-up clothes, and I picked and bought ones made of good cotton. I thought it would feel unpleasant if scratchy clothes touched my breasts after surgery, so I prepared the softest cotton I could.
Having straws is really nice, and someone said they used nipple patches if they bought them, so I bought some, but once I had them, I ended up not using them. I also bought stretch mark cream, but maybe because I increased my breast size moderately and not too much, I didn’t get stretch marks..? People going much larger should prepare it, and people going moderate probably don’t need to buy it?? I felt like I wouldn’t be able to wash my hair by myself, so I went to a salon to have it washed. Shampoo done by someone else.. honestly so refreshing.
Before surgery, because it was an axillary incision, I thought even moving my arms would be really painful and difficult, but after surgery, when I came home, changing into pajamas was no problem at all. Drinking water through a straw was no problem either, and using the bathroom didn’t hurt. I can raise both arms to some extent, but I’m not trying to do it on purpose.
There wasn’t much pain after surgery, so I’d say this level is basically painless. But from the next day, the compression from the bolero was what hurt more. Since I was swollen, the bolero pulled on me and that hurt.. You definitely need Tylenol. Opening the fridge just felt slightly stiff. You know antibiotics are strong, right? I ate roughly and took them, and my stomach really hurt, so eat plenty before taking your medicine!
After one month, the swelling naturally went down, and I can tell that the rock-hard feel has finally softened. Even though there’s still swelling, in this condition, if I went to a public bath, it’s natural enough that I wouldn’t hear someone say, “That woman got her breasts done.” At one month, I graduated from the bolero. I’m applying scar ointment whenever I can.
Overall review. I can feel the cleavage gradually gathering toward the center, so I think it turned out naturally and well. The size is just right. No pain. Plus, after removing the accessory breast tissue, I really like the line that comes down from the armpit to the breast. Among the hospitals I visited, I got it done at the place where Mentor Smooth was the cheapest. The doctor didn’t pressure me at all and only respected my choice. I think that’s why I’m even more satisfied.
