Three-month review after facial contouring surgery

It has already been three months since I had facial contouring surgery. To be exact, three and a half months! At first I was worried, so I kept going in and out of the community, but maybe because I’ve gotten used to my face, I’m coming into the community less often now lolㅠㅠ

At the three-month mark, I was supposed to go to the hospital for a follow-up and also get Shurink, but because of COVID (at first I was worried my movement route might show up for no reason if I went, and later I didn’t have any major discomfort and felt a bit too lazy to go all the way to Seoul...) I couldn’t go, so somehow it looks like I’ll only be able to go around the four-month mark. I’ll leave a review then on whether it has any effect!

The issues up until last month were mouth opening and jaw sounds.

I had left an inquiry by KakaoTalk, and they said it would get better with time, so I was half-doubtful...

It got better; what is this..

My mouth opening has returned to the size it was before surgery, and the jaw sound has decreased to about 1/3 of what it used to be. If more time passes, maybe it won’t happen at all...

Until the two-month mark, when I talked with people or ate, it felt awkward and seemed a bit noticeable (since my mouth wouldn’t open fully, everything felt awkward..)

Now I eat food heartily and talk well too lol. After more than three months, it’s livable.

My memories from the early surgery period are now a bit hazy, so for questions about the early stage, I can only answer the things that were impactful ㅠㅠ If you’re curious about anything regarding this current period, I’ll answer!!
