Before<Before surgery><><7 days><><One month><>These are photos from before surgery, about 10 days after surgery, and just over one month after surgery.
In the photo from day 10 after surgery, the swelling does not look that severe, but until then my face was tightly swollen. Even though my face was extremely swollen, I even went to a friend’s wedding ㅠ;; But I lied and said I had gotten Botox and fat graftingㅋㅋㅋ
If you look at my face before surgery, it is obvious.. Both my lateral cheekbones and 45-degree cheekbones were very developed, and my jaw was large and long too ㅠ Especially my cheekbones.. When I smiled, my cheekbones rose so much that I really hated smiling..ㅠㅠ Those with developed cheekbones will know this struggle.. When photos are taken while you are smiling, you wonder, do I really look like this, are my cheekbones really this badㅋㅋㅋ I had such a severe complex about my face shape, so I decided on facial contouring surgery.
I searched online and visited clinics in person, and Director Kim Tak-ho gave me the best consultation. Honestly, I strongly felt that even after surgery, he would not just ignore me, so I trusted the director and had surgery at Taco.
At first, I did not know much about facial contouring, so I got information from apps and Naver cafes. I also searched Google for side effects and worked hard researching online, and after finding out about this community, it helped me narrow down my list more!
Personally, even before surgery, I asked the director to make me look a little cute and round.
My face shape before surgery was so strong.. Thankfully, I think it turned out the way I wanted, so I am satisfied.
The first day after surgery was unbelievably hardㅠㅠ Because of the general anesthesia, my mind was hazy, my head was so dizzy it felt like it would split, and I regretted it 500 times, thinking I should have just lived with how I looked, or should have been born with a pretty face shape to begin with..
But after swelling peaks by day 3 after surgery, it gets a bit better. In reviews, I saw some people start taking walks from the third day after surgery, but from day 5, I tried to walk at least an hour and a half no matter what. I kept moving around and divided five packets of pumpkin juice throughout the day. Many people say pumpkin juice has no effect, but I just drank it anyway, hoping the swelling would please go downㅠ.. And after about 10 days, my face changed day by day.
Later, the swelling gradually moved downward and gathered at the tip of my chin haha.... The cheekbone swelling went down unevenly, so the symmetry of both sides of my face was different. That bothered me so much and made me anxious.. I kept bothering the clinic manager on KakaoTalk and also asked the doctor who performed my facial contouring surgery, and when the director also said the swelling was going down unevenly, I felt reassured..
Now, I do not worry about unevenness or anything like that. Even if the swelling goes down a little slowly or unevenly, I do not think you need to feel anxious. Swelling is meant to all go down eventually..!
That is my surgery review up to here. I do not know if it will be helpful, but I also got a lot of information from this community, so I am leaving a review!
I hope everyone makes choices they won’t regret~~
