Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> When I relaxed my eyes, I had ptosis that made me look sleepy, so sometimes people misunderstood me as looking angry or in a bad mood, and right before surgery, it was getting harder and harder to open my eyes. I told them about that during the consultation, and when they drew a line roughly, they said that because I didn’t have fat around my eyes and the skin had stretched, a double eyelid would not form well, so they recommended incision + a semi-out line.
