I had a consultation with the chief director, but how should I put it, the director felt kind of flippant…? Even when I had questions, rather than answering them, it felt like I was being scolded, so I didn’t want to continue the consultation anymore and just left without asking everything I was curious about. Also, the consultant was somewhat pushy about making a same-day reservation.
