I consulted with the chief director, and the director had this kind of reckless, flippant vibe...? Even when I had questions, it felt more like I was being scolded than answered, so I did not want to keep consulting and just left without asking everything I wanted to know. Also, the manager pushed for same-day reservations a bit.
