I remember it being fascinating that they used AI to numerically calculate things like the length of both eyes and the amount of iris exposure? and design based on that. Since I have asymmetrical eyes, I was concerned that my double eyelid heights were different, and they explained while drawing on my photo. They were much kinder than I expected, so the consultation atmosphere was good too. I couldn’t tell from the website or reviews, but after getting an in-person consultation, it seems like they pursue more dramatic lines than I expected, so I’m debating it
